If you do smoke i wouldn't smoke anywhere close. As a non-smoker I am really sensitive to the smell and it lingers for a long time.

Ive done it plenty of times living in WA, pull er in and dry it off and continue on with detailing. I have gutters so I don't have to worry about crap falling on the car. Also shouldn't rain be like distilled??

He was having a problem with the wipedown though, not the actual paint finishing (at least thats how I was understanding it).

I would try that on a gray pad if you've got one.

Did YOU or THEY recommend using this paint on the interior of your garage? If it was you then I'm sorry to say it's not the painters fault. If they said it would be fine then maybe you have a right to complain. I would definitely use waterboard if you were going to be washing inside and exposing...
