Should I get a pressure washer?

Don't let the scare stories mislead you. The only time a pressure washer will do harm to your car paint is if you've got a catastrophic failure of the clearcote or heavy rust already. With that said using a pressure washer and lance correct usage is a must, don't get too close using the lance...

Should I get a pressure washer?

The pressure washer is a godsend. Helps shift debris and grime without having to physically touch the vehicle which is when most micromarring is caused. I picked up my Karcher from the Karcher Outlet here in the U.K. which refurbs the machines and sells them on. Three years later my £30 (new...

    Gtechniq C2 vs Gyeon Cure

I've used Gtechniq products for over five years and Gyeon products for two. I've used all the C2 products. C2 was the best, C2v2 was easier with less buffing and not so slick. Having tested C2v3 pre-release I was able to try some of the finalists. The resulting C2v3 is both easy to apply, buff...

Anyone use hydro foam in a

I used CarPro HydroFoam earlier this year. It doesn't foam as well as most snow foams. More like a single cream than a squirty cream sort of foam. I got quite good results from it but it's judging how long to leave for the silicone to lay down but not too long that it'll streak when it comes to...

    Cleaning car carpet floor mats

With respect I've been using stiff nylon brushes to agitate stains out of carpets and mats for years. It goes without saying to use it with care (ie not too much pressure and not too aggressively) but used correctly can remove the stain quickly and effectively.

    Cleaning car carpet floor mats

I've used Valet Pro Enzyme Odour Eater (fabric shampoo, cleaner and anti bacterial) for the last few years. Works on all interior fabrics. Vacuum up loose debris. Spray VP EoE on fabric, agitate with a stiff nylon brush (if scrubbing only a light stain and only a small amount of EoE used, a...

Cheers guys for the welcome. I use a lot of Gtechniq and Gyeon products but use some other manufacturers for odds and ends. Autofinesse ObliTARate is amazing for tar and glue removal. Bilt Hamber Korrosol and Autowheels for iron removal. Valet Pro Enzyme Odour Eater for interior carpets and...

Hi. Ye', Skoda (Czech) is presently part of the VolksWagen Audi Group, along with SEAT (Spanish) is a company set as an entry level to VW ownership however the cars are that good quite a few leave VW to own a Skoda. Think of it as a better Passat built on Passat platform and underpinnings, made...
