not that great honestly, it was really cold when i did this job. the tape would come off as im trying to work. i normally use the green tape, it seems to stick better. I was in a jam and home depot is only down the block.

I recent did the same car again because it's a friends car. I used Meg's interior quick detailer (I love this stuff, cheap and it's awesome) and it happened with that too and that's not aggressive stuff. From what I was told you can't prevent that from happening, it's just old plastic.

What pads would you normally use it with? I was using a what rupes. I figured since its a medium cut polish I'll use the white bad because I didn't need the cut.
I blow out the pad after ever section pass. I try and use less product, trial and error, same thing. I just switched to a new pad, same thing. I use no pressure and the machine on 4.5, same thing. It's so weird that it only happens on the rupes. My griots 3inch I don't have this issue.
