How do you get 21.4 oz to 10.6 oz as being 3 to 1? thats more like 2 to 1, isnt it? 3 to 1 would be more like 24 oz to 8 oz. Or have i been diluting stuff wrong all this time? :)

DP tire gel says it is water based so thats why i was considering using it. Im trying to go the cheap route since i already have the product but if it wont work good im willing to buy something else
