Good think man, I bet your idea will work, is all Ipa the same, like do you guys order it from ag or just go to walgreens and pic it up? And you don't use it straight? So do like a 1 part ipa 10 parts water?

Iron x is pretty well safe on everything, except for delicate things like cheapo brake calipers, and Ironx will not get everything off, just iron particals, it wont get off sap, tar, ect... But I have a blast usin Ironx.

I usually put them in with woolite or tide. I even tried onr with it, the clay diluted spray, and the megs mf was bran-spankin-new.

A chemical reaction may occur, but Idk know what it would do. Maybe harden? Just do a 50 50 mix and put it in a bottle and leave it sit for like a month, then if its good then you got your answer. Just try it out.
