I recently ran out of Optimum Carpet Cleaner & Protector and wanted to try something stronger this time. After doing some research, I decided to order the Renny Double 3-part kit kit (Terminator, Carpet Bomber and Finisher). Does anyone have experience with this line-up? Thanks.

Thanks! The trim was not worked on. Tires saw CarPro PERL at full strength. The most recent revision of Classic contains TiO2. I believe the new name for the product is CQuartz TiO2.

A conversation with Dr. G or an optimum rep will confirm what I posted above. IPA wipedown is not necessary when optimum polishes are used for the correction process. But when other brand polishes are used, then the optimum paint prep product or IPA should be used.

Use Carpro's block and suede applicator. Or Optimum's version of it. No need for IPA. Polish using Hyper Polish or Primer Polish, then do a wipedown using ONR blue at normal wash diction.

I was told that GC was designed to compete with premium and pro-coatings from other brands; specifically, they were targeting coatings such as CQuartz Finest during the development of GC.

Meguiars D115 - yes, it is a waterless wash, but when mixed at 5:1 it works incredibly well as a QD. I use it as a post-wash wipedown. D115 is super slick, wipes clean with no streaking (even in direct, 100F sun on dark paint) and smells great. I thought I would never buy a waterless wash...

My gallon of D115 comes today. I can't wait!

D114 doesn't say that it can be used for waterless, at least not according to the label.
