Work yesterday and today with the PC, did the swirl removal yesterday and finishing polish today. With my 50ft 12g cord my PC worked like a dream, never really got hot and was a pleasure to work with. Now tomorrow the wax!

Well, I went first thing this morning and exchanged it for a 12g 50ft. I have Mikes new book and came across a section that he also suggest using a 12g for anything over 25ft so that's what I did. Thanks for all the responses!
