I have two of the 28x20's previously cited. They work well with a small SUV when I do a contact wash outside .. but I found them a bit too much when doing rinseless inside. For that I use some that resemble the PFMs but were sized around 16x16 Griot's #55586

I've about decided I need a new hose, after the 30 YO rubber one sprang another leak earlier this spring. The expandable hoses have a certain attraction, but I wonder about longevity over more than a year or two. Just BTW, it is available to fish out of the Big River for less $ than direct...

Mine was flashing while in its winter rest. If I recall correctly the EGO batteries are designed to slowly self discharge to some magic level that is deemed ideal for storage. Automatic after 30 days of non-use I think.

The problem is finding a touchless wash, around here anyway. I managed to get my new buggy through it's first "winter" with only rinseless washes. Then last week it was at the dealer for service, at the conclusion of which they ran it through a brushed wash. :doh: I should anticipated better...

Another New Improved - how does one ensure you get the latest? Anyone remember when the local car dealers soaped their windows in September?

Nozzles are one of those things of which I've never found the perfect one, akin to wives. Not that I haven't had a ton of them. The shutoff is the gripe I have with a Firehose style, I'd rather instant gratification when it comes to water on, water off. But then again, I've had this nozzle...

Thanks for the comparisons - I hadn't realized that my DeWalt was that close to the old gasser in "blowing". I picked that up as I already had started the 20V battery family, but tried an EGO trimmer last summer. The extra weight in the EGO batteries of course makes for longer available...

Back home I knew 3 or 4 coin operated wash places .. I've only seen one here in the Motown & the City knocked it down to park snowplows .. I have one carwash coupon left ... might have to use it. Their brushes are foam, but still .. and its only January
