    Flex Repair Question

I had my Flex set up to use the edge pads. The part that screws in snapped in two. An ordinary repair place would never have this edge/flex part, so I was wondering if there was a place to send in the machine. Now that I think about it, it could be cheaper to order the part and have my repair...

    Menzerna polishes, polisher

I use the edge pads. The only 4" pad I see they have is the cyclo pads. It seems to me that I should be able to snap them on to my PC adapter. Anyone know for sure? tony

    2005 GMC Envoy (trashed interior)

Wow! That's auto detailing. I hope your uncle will appreciate what it took to get that interior like that. Most detailers would have quit long before getting all that hair out. Tony

JUST got back from the bodyshop!! Need advice...

It almost looks like it got rained on right after they painted. It's not the worst I've ever seen (I live in South Florida) but it's right up there near the top of the list. Someone's got to start all over again on that job. Tony

    LL Baseball with Nikon D300

The last two are priceless. It doesn't look like he's gonna get a piece of that ball. The last picture: you can almost read the writing on the ball. Great pictures. Tony

    Vinyl Stripe Removal

That Astro brand will be fine. I've never seen one like the type in your link. It looks pretty cool though. It's part of a pneumatic system. The Astro will fit into your drill. You'll only need one eraser. Tony

    Bad Karma when detailing

One of my guys had his SUV all buffed out and ready for wax when we went home for the evening. I took the pad off the PC to clean it and went home. The next day he was waxing the roof of his SUV when I noticed all of my finishing pads were still on the shelf. I figured he must have put one of...

    Vinyl Stripe Removal

I've been using an eraser for a couple of years and I've never had any problem harming the paint. They warn you not to use it on lacquer or acrylic lacquer paints. You might need to buy an adapter to fit your drill. They are very inexpensive (a few dollars) The wheel screws onto the adapter...

I'm thinking my pad wasn't as clean as it could have been. I used a hose to clean it. Maybe I need to order the pad cleaner and soak them first. Thanks for all the help. Tony
