Cool...ty sir. I'm going to possibly try that...I might be picking up the Liquid Souveran Wax as that's what everyone seems to think is the best on white. Thanks for all of the responses everyone!
Thanks guys! I have a quick question....I ordered the BOGO Sourveran and it hasn't shipped yet...is there anyway I can place an order for the collinite 845 & the spray Souveran and have it all ship together?
So judging from responses I should just use Collinite 845 and not even bother with 845? Should I try to detail before winter really gets here? I was trying to wait until I picked up a DA to actually open all of the products I have, but I guess I could wash, dry, clay it and top off with the WG...
I haven't detailed my first car yet...the closest I got was clay baring my deck lid and waxing with spray wax prior to a spoiler install. I'm gathering all of the products I'll need for my first undertaking. So juding from what you said I should use the Megs combo I have 105 & 205, top it off...
Hey,
Glad you came in to read my post :xyxthumbs:
I just got the email about the great deal on the WG Fuzion wax. However yesterday I finally bit the bullet and ordered the Pinnacle Souveran BOGO. I have a white Mustang and will also be doing the wifey's car from time to time. So far I have...
I just joined this forum last week and just placed my first order of detailing products. Dana took his time to help me when he didn't have to. He gave me good info on many products and even helped me pick out almost all of my products. I don't know about u guys, but when I come up of off...
Not to thread jack, BUT (lol) I figure I'd better ask here before I make my next purchase. I'm looking at picking up one of the PC-XP kits. The one the OP picked up caught my eye. Originally I was going with the kit that lets you pick 5 pads for $199. It comes with the following:
Porter...
Ok, Ok...I'm sold...it's only $10 so I aded it to the cart...glad I did, apparently there is a sale on WG products. I was able to upgrade from the WG Deep Gloss Paint Sealant to the Deep Gloss Combo...This includes the Detail Spritz, a MF applicator and a Cobra Deluxe Jr. 600 Microfiber Towel...
Thanks for the $$ saving tip..just before I was ready to click SUBMIT on my order lol. How would the spray work? Saturate the pad and drop it in the bucket? The Snappy cleaner is like the cheapest thing I'm buying...by saving $4 on that I would basically be getting the Grit Guard for half off...
I tried asking in the proper forum and replying to the proper thread, but haven't gotten any answers...does anyone know of any good discount codes? I know of AGO, AUTOPIA & SIGNUP10...feel free to PM me. Thanks guys!
Gotcha...I was was about to say...that's quite a bit of towels. I just ordered supplies...have to hold off a week for the polisher. At least I'll be able to address my drop top as soon as the stuff arrives.
Yes, but don't you do this as a job/side-job? I'm not that hard core yet lol :buffing: ...but I will add another set of Shamrocks while it's BOGO...Thanks again for all of your help.
Thanks Dana...I've added the BOGO waffle weave and removed the pad scrubbing brush. Should I add another set of Bogo Shamrocks? To recap I'll have 4 Shamrocks, 2 detailing MFs & 2 polishing MFs...and the one I picked up from Autozone last week.....depending on the answer I'm finally ready to...
You use a gray pad and not a blue or red one? I didn't even plan on buying any gray pads lol...do I even need them? I see people using them for applying sealants or waxes...but my kit comes with two free red pads and I already planned on getting two blue ones...so are gray ones even needed?
