I've been considering something very similar for my car but won't do it until the warranty runs out. It's simply not worth the risk to me. That said, as soon as February 2017 comes... I'll be tuning my ride!

Waiting on UPS to deliver the final parts of my BF orders. I've got two more shipments coming, one is in town and should arrive tomorrow. UPS still has the other in Florida. The weather really messed up shipments for me, but it doesn't matter as i can't use them now anyway.... it's too frickin...

I've been washing and drying mine, the few that I have, for a couple of years. I never realized that dryer sheets and heat aren't good for them until I saw this post and looked up proper care. I just got some new ones today... guess I should take better care of them.
