How to fix a deliberate deep key scratch

I did not use a proper paint clear coat, but I did apply Opti Coat Pro over it. I'm not sure if it is possible to use both colour and clear coat as getting the new colour layer even with the original colour layer would be near impossible. If that makes sense?

Watermark removal. Optimum vs Meguiars vs Osren

So decided to conduct a mini experiment. 2 abrasive type polish (Optimum Hyper Polish and Meguiars M205) and 1 chemical based watermark remover (Osren Stain X - professional range) were used. Let the pictures talk. Common for all cars. The rear...

Not a detailing record here. This is a special post that aims to educate people about the horror of having your car resprayed and why you should protect your original paint the best you can. Anybody want to see some bad paintwork?

That is some pretty bad workmanship there. You should go and ask for a refund or repaint. Sometime this week I'll probably post some shitty paint work of my own experience.

How to fix a deliberate deep key scratch

Wow thank you for encouragement Mike! This is such an honor! Yeah especially when my clear coat is a chameleon clear coat that changes color under the sun. If it is solid white, it can be really close to original condition.

How to fix a deliberate deep key scratch

Re: Fixing a deliberate deep scratch It's not a touch up paint. I got a small can of it from the body shop when I sent my boot to be resprayed the last time. Hoping that it comes in handy in times like these. I poured a small amount into a small cap and touch it up using a toothpick. This is...

How to fix a deliberate deep key scratch

Re: Fixing a deliberate deep scratch Thanks for kind words guys... Really does take patience and it is bit hard for an impatient guy like me. Once I get to something, I will want it fixed almost immediately. Quite a pain to keep applying those coat of paint, waiting for them to dry, and then...

How to fix a deliberate deep key scratch

How to fix a deliberate deep key scratch Last sunday after shopping, I returned to my car to find this... From the driver's door all the way to the back. Hated me so much, the person made sure it went really deep. Past my clear coat and colour all the way into the primer. Besides...
