I'm keeping the tool. Which pads would you recommend for a one step? I'm not familiar with LC pads anymore. Also, for the PE150 18.0-EC where can I get that gorgeous black backing plate I see on all the marketing material? She never came with anything and I've been using the yellow ones.

Regular cord, there's place near my area that's certified by Flex I'll see if they can install a 25ft one.

That's possible too, I store it in a official flex bag and there does seem to be a slight clearance issue. The Rupes bag I use has ample clearance I should probably store them both together once I repair it.

I love buff and shine, really high quality durable pads that finish well, I have almost every single pad they sell for the Flex and I've not encountered a single issue. Now, I have a couple of the new Low Pro's for the Rupes and I'm not impressed at all, they seem to glaze fast, skip all over...

I used everything from Menz, Scholls, CarPro... Compounds were worse than polishes I ended up using the Flex VRG on speed 2, anymore and the polish would start to stick. Pretty much took me a decade at that speed.
