Do you know if the clear coat on a 2006 infiniti is soft like you said it was in 2005? I have a 2003 g35 but was thinking of upgrading to a 05 or 06 model.

I'd have to agree about mircrofiber and a polishing machine if you are wanting to "step up" to the next level of detailing. I always did everything by hand unitl I just recently got me pc 7424.
