R8 clear is extremely hard to my knowledge. I would suggest grabbing some 5.5 inch surbuf pads. This combo with m105 should give you the correction your going after.

Just curious why you state this?

You need to step up your pad to possibly a more firmer one. Those black and grey finishing pads tend to soak up the polish before your able to work it into the paint. If you have some LC flat pads white or hydrotech pads better yet would help.i highly doubt the mm205 is garbaged.

Jean seems like the video only works on PC.

I notice when in use my mf cutting disks on the Bigfoot that the heat produced is pretty radical. The heat potentially loosened up the bonding agent between the backing plate and the Velcro.
