What about polishing them? Will it make the rim shiny?

Hello, What is the difference between 2K Clear Coat and 2K fill-in-system? I’m about to spray paint some rims using 2X Rust Oleum, and afterwards I’m going to finish it off with some spray max 2K clear coat.
