I used a product "CG" that claimed safe for all wheel types sprayed onto all 4 wheels then washed off starting with the first so it wasn't sitting long 30 seconds tops. It's odd only one wheel has the issue.

I used to use a product made by malco that was called complete you pump sprayed it onto the ties and rip a lil scrubbing if needed and power wash off. They now make a product Brake off that I feel is too powerful. What is your recommendation for tires and safe for all rim types. Thanks

Is their a inexpensive buffer you recommend? I have the 3" to apply wax the issue with the buffers is the vibrations in my arm/hands which is why I like by hand.
