Carpro UK 3.0 and Gliss 1 Yr Review

I'm not sure but I will say the water spots did not start right away on my truck, it was probably around the year mark. They did remove fairly easy with Carpro Spotless. The water spots were large as if maybe they occurred when the truck was dirty and after a rain storm? Those were my...

Carpro UK 3.0 and Gliss 1 Yr Review

So I know I'm a bit late to the party with these products but better late than never right? I don't post a very often on here, but was really happy with how well this combo worked and wanted to share that experience. My wife picked up a VW Atlas in August of 2019 and I coated it with Carpro...

Adams UV Ceramic vs. CarPro CQuartz

My truck is coated with CQuartz UK and currently covered in water spots while my wife's vehicle has CQuartz UK topped with Gliss and looks fantastic. The truck is due for another round of polishing and coating as it has been almost 2 years but the water spotting started early on and I didn't...

    The Truck Roof

I don't completely skip my roof but I am not overly concerned with appearance. I just make sure it has protection.

    Hybrid solutions cermaic wet wax

I should see this Jeep plenty, I'll try to take note of how long it lasts and what maintenance washes have been done during that time.

    Hybrid solutions cermaic wet wax

Foamed and washed the Jeep with McKee's coating prep auto wash followed by a couple sprays per panel with the Wet Wax. I think it turned out well...

    Hybrid solutions cermaic wet wax

Thanks for the reminder, I'm not sure why in my head I was thinking it was a similar application as the hydro2

    Hybrid solutions cermaic wet wax

I just picked up a bottle to try on a friends vehicle, any idea how long the protection lasts? This will be the only layer of protection on the vehicle. Hoping it will last a couple months? I have experience with hydro blue and hydro2, how does the wet wax compare? TIA

    Quick winter wash/ wax recommendations

That is pretty much my routine during the winter unless it's an extremely nice day I'll break out the wash mitts. Spring will be here soon enough for a nice deep cleaning!

    Quick winter wash/ wax recommendations

Just seeing this post about Woody Wax, the hydro2 and hydro blue (and others that work on the same principles) pretty much work exactly the same minus the spreading around with a brush. Just a couple sprays per panel and you'll instantly notice the water beading and running off the paint! I find...

    Quick winter wash/ wax recommendations

As long as the product has all been rinsed off I have had no issues. I did have streaks once during the middle of summer but it was too much product applied and not enough rinsing I believe. I just gave the truck another quick wash the next day and the streaks were gone. I too look for products...

    Quick winter wash/ wax recommendations

I have used both but not letting them dry on their own, I blow dry them for the most part. I've come to the realization that I'm never going to have a clean truck in the winter. Any time it is warm enough for an outdoor wash the roads are soaked from melting so my plan of attack for the winter...

    Quick winter wash/ wax recommendations

IMO the easiest solutions for protection are the McKee's Hydro Blue and CarPro Hydro2. They are a spray on rinse and blow dry/towel dry product. The drying could be you driving down the street? I have used both products and they work well. A little goes a long way. Only need a couple sprays per...
