Don't be afraid, I've had good luck using the same steps that I use on clearcoat as with single stage. Just plan on your pads turning whatever color the car is painted.

As I've grown from hobby detailing to a "professional" detailer at a high end dealership in the area (now managing my own crew of 3 guys), on top of working in their body shop nibbing, sanding, and buffing fresh paint, I need to revise some of the products we are using as most of the detailing...

Does anyone know the acceptable range of thickness for wetsanding, cutting, etc.? I don't know what is thick enough and what is too thin, but I have the tool. So it's somewhat useless at this point.
