Just a quick question...does anyone know if 476s (paste-auto) is close in comparison to 885 (paste fleetwax-marine)? There is a West Marine nearby that sells it.
It' about that time to prepare the car for winter. I have a list of products on hand and was wondering if I could get some suggestions on a good winter combo:
PB ExP
PB Natty's Blue
Clearkote VMG
S100
(possibly getting some collinite...anyone try any of their products recently and have any...
Brace1...its entirely possible, but I just noticed (before it started to rain...NE weather sux) that I can scrape it off with my fingernail. I think what I will do is get a toothbrush and agitate the affected areas around the rim with it.
I've had my Mazda6 for awhile now and always thought I had clearcoated wheels...turns out they are alloy. Now I use DP Wheel Gel Cleaner on them and I assume it's safe. However, I have noticed a milky appearance around the edge of the rims. The wheel cleaner does not remove it. Any ideas on what...
Hey all...I use ExP as my go-to sealant. However, I'm looking for a spray sealant to maintain the finish when I don't have the time to seal. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Bluzman, the morning after I had sealed my car w/ ExP it rained (ironic huh?). Anyway, I'll prob. just stick with ExP b/c it is easy to use, and I can always layer it. If I use Nattys or another wax, I'll have to strip it.
Thanks everyone
So I'm getting ready to wash my car, and I don't feel like sealing it today. It's already got a coat of ExP, and I was just wondering if I can wax it instead? Or should I strip everything down first?
So you use them on the whole car. I just wanted to make sure that they were safe to use (esp. coming from biglots or somewhere). I'll wash them first just to be safe. Thanks...
