This was a really dirty 2006 Dodge Durango. Rough shape, scratches all over, filthy interior, 3 rows of seats, just bad. It's been pretty typical of what I've seen lately.

I think the dirtier, the better.

Total Time: 4 hrs.

Products Used:

Wheels/Tires: Meg's APC+ Diluted 4:1

Interior: Meg's APC+ Diluted 10:1
VX5000 Steamer
Matrix Grand Slam Carpet Cleaner Diluted 10:1
303 Protectant

Exterior: CG Citrus Wash n Gloss
Clay Bar w/ ONR as lube
Meg's Cleaner Wax
Meg's Endurance Tire Gel
Invisible Glass by Stoner


The owner was primarily concerned with the interior, and rightly so. Exterior,...not so much.

Awesome job, Im sure the owner was pleased.

25 hours paint corrections are great, and get you a lot of love on the internet from strangers. But the truth of the matter is there is a MUCH bigger market for these type of jobs like the Durango. Nice work.
 
First of all, great work cleaning that up!

Second, did you have help or working by yourself? 4 hours seems fairly quick for all of what "I think" you cleaned up. Or, am I just too slow and need to really speed up my processes? :confused:

@Luxury Mobile: Thank you and I agree 100%. Not that there's a definition of "true detailing",...but to me the improvement is more noticeable and fulfilling to me.

@cire: I've got it down to a process if that makes any sense. I cut back on time by keeping my supplies close by. It makes a difference.
 
I do alot of these vehicles as well. I work for a dealer and I full detail all the used vehicles that get traded in. This is pretty much my everyday life untill i get my shop of the ground but its alright because there are plenty of people out here with dirty daily drivers that need detailed!
