Anyone got tips on how to polish a car with part of the clear coat peeling off? I seen some here in the forum in where the clear coat is peeling but the finishing results are great! Any methods to use? Finished pictures?

basecoat paint does not buff to a glossy appearance like clearcoat paint. Any improvement is short lived.

Best you can do is simply buff out the car and hope for the best.

Do you recommend wet sanding then buffing it out?
