Spray foam wash?

Can't remember where I saw a video of people used a spray that resulted in foam on a dirty car and simply wiped it with a towel and it was clean? Does something like that exists and how safe is it? Where can I get it?

I think you may be talking about a foam gun or a foam cannon. But, these should only be used as a pre-treatment and to add lubricity, one should still go and wash the car with the two bucket method after foaming
 
No it wasn't a foam gun. It was in a spray can and spray bottle.

Hhhhhmmmmm, I've never seen or heard of a waterless wash that comes out of an aerosol and foams up...
