I mostly agree but I’ve had far too many people point on how tunnel washes don’t get their wheels clean, there’s always dirty on the back and bottom and it’s never fully dry. Despite that and me pointing on the paint damage they go back. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it think.

For an automatic wash? I'm not disputing you reporting what's being charged, just saying that's crazy high.Seems about right for 2025. My local area charges $28 but there are a ton of add ons.

For those YT detailers that use pump sprayers for tires and wheels, I think one can do a first pass clean with just a traditional spray wheel and tire cleaner before you get the pump up sprayer pressurized. It seems over complicate the process.

I agree but if prices keep going up maybe it will drive customers my way. If they’re gonna pay, might as well pay someone to do it right.

Never been a fan of those pump sprayers. I can foam a wheel in 5 seconds with a real foam cannon, a job that would take 3 minutes with one of those pump things.
Nobody said one has to pump a pump sprayer. As one can see I like my pump sprayers. All but the two/cheap one gallon sprayers either came new with a charge valve or I added a charge valve.
I use them
for presoaks/foam washing/tire and wheel cleaning/ rinseless washing/rinseing/ etc. Three are foamers and the others are regular sprayers. The one gallon pumpers i use when doing a rinseless inside the garage in the winter when its below freezing.
My compressor is right in the garage and that is what i use to charge the sprayers. So no pumping. I can foam an entire vehicle without recharging/ refilling with the compressor.
With my combination of pump sprayers and my Eley hose system i dont need a pressure washer. I have a portable electric pressure washer but rarely use it as it just isnt needed. My Eley with the cleaning tip is damn near a pressure washer.

The answer to that is to use a sprayer with a larger capacity. I can clean all four tires and wheels on one charge.
Yes the Pro foam 2 has a smaller capacity but even that comes in handy in certain situations.
