Sheffield Moab Folding Rescue Knife

When I was locking up tonight I walked by these and instantly they caught my eye...

Definitely need to get one and keep it in my Jimmy. Nice looking knife too...

I'll take a picture of it out of the package tomorrow and share it in this thread...

Better keep that bad boy in your pocket. If you flip and roll, theres no telling where it will end up :bolt:

Luckily... to date... I've never rolled a car or truck... but point well taken...

I caught air with my Drag Boat once and stood it almost straight up in the air... for a second I thought the boat was going to flip over, it hung in the air for what seemed like forever and then fell forward back onto the lake...

After catching my breath and calming down I tried to start the motor, it started and made horrible noise and there was zero oil pressure... when the prop came out of the water the engine over-revved and I threw number of rods... luckily nothing blew out the oil pan and then out the bottom of the boat hull.

Sure wish I had a picture or video of that incident...

:)

Holy Cow. If that had been me, I would've had to change out my shorts before proceeding

:wow: I bet that wasn't a cheap fix, even if the oil pan and hull did survive. What motor was in it? Big Block Chevy?

Nice knife. I'll be adding one of those to my next order.

Bought one to keep in my truck for an inexpensive emergency and/or utility knive, it's pretty nice little knife for the price.

Certainly a good stocking stuffer for a Christmas gift for just about anyone that drives a car, truck or s.u.v.

This was before I had the custom high back bucket seats made for it, but that's the motor that was in the boat when I kited it...

The cheap fix was I pulled a running 396 out of a station wagon in the local wrecking yard for $100.00 and was back on the lake the next weekend and could still go around 80 miles per hour...

I ran the junk yard motor for 2 summers just water skiing while I paid for and had the 402 built that I eventually raced with and it lasted till I sold the boat in 2001

This is the 402 BBC I had built by Tim Briggs at around $7000.00 in 1980's dollars...

That little boy in the seat is is now this young man demonstrating the Cyclo at one of our Detailing 101 Classes...

Man time flies when you're having fun...

mike, you never rolled any of the monster trucks? opportunity missed. but the boat episode makes up for it.

Nice price. I want someone to test the "seat belt-cutting, and glass shattering" effectiveness b4 I pull the trigger. :)

I just picked one up to carry in the truck. Good looking knife.

Neat concept but I already keep a Kershaw Blur in my vehicle or pocket at all times.
