You can get covers that don’t scratch, I used one daily for 2 1/2 years on a Corvette C7 down here in Ft. Lauderdale never had a scratch problem.

Get a cover…in Fla, there is little you can do once degradation starts, Especially if you have Japanese paint. Move to a garage, carport or a cover. Get it out of the UV.

It's the same as a good wax versus a detailer. You get a lot more of the good protection stuff in the base ceramic than a rinse less wash with ceramic.

I have a gallon of Ech20. It’s all I use for rinseless. Going on about three or four years now.

If I’m doing a job that requires me to spray the whole car like a rinseless, I would much rather use a pump sprayer, it’s so much easier.

It might work, but I’m not sure I believe any of the marketing/advertising that goes along with household products these days, I think I’d err on the side of “nothing but a good microfiber soap, in the washer or dryer.”

I think this is splitting hairs. My body shop for the last 15 years has been calling it “baking the paint”, whether it’s 140° or it’s 350, I don’t care. The outgassing is speed it up so that I can take the part home and polish it, or seal it immediately. I’ve had long conversations with my body...

Ask the body shop that did the work. If they baked the paint on, you can apply almost immediately, if they didn’t bake it, , I would wait 90 days. But they will know.
