    Decal "ghosting" trouble...

I’d leave it alone, I’ve had decals in the past that I could see the ghost, but after six months of normal use and being in the Florida sun, it goes away.

Need Some Advice on Partners and Their Jewelry and Stuff

I don’t see any problem in calling out your spouse if they’re doing something that you don’t like. There are many cases where I do something around the house that my wife doesn’t like and she tells me about it, I don’t get sensitive or hurt, I just correct it. And if she scratches my car I tell...

JUST bought a new Pilot last night. Want to protect it inside and out. Lookign for recommendations?

Agreed AIRES SEAT DEFENDERS….on Amazon, use any time you’re running errands or you have pets in the car, I use them Monday through Friday, take them off whenever I have guests or want to show up the interior… Had them on my last five cars… The best way to get an interior that’s 5 to 10 years old...

    Interior trim plastic help

I ruined some plastic with magic eraser. It’s equivalent to 3600 wet dry sandpaper. Be very careful especially if it’s gloss plastic.

Need Some Advice on Partners and Their Jewelry and Stuff

Mercedes sells paint protection film specifically cut for all the door handle cups, it is about the only protection option that I would ever buy on a car. They are available on eBay ,Amazon etc.… Or cut them yourself using 3m PPF……

Which wax/sealant offers the highest level of UV protection?

I agree, if you are in one of the sun Heavy states like Southern California, Texas or Florida, and your car is sitting in a parking lot 24/7, get a cover or erect a shade. I refuse to believe that there’s anything you can put on a car that allows the paint luster to come through, yet still...

    Confused about leather seats....

Because of the coating that’s put on virtually every “leather” surface in a car, I’ve never found any of the leather products to do much good, I save them for my true leather products like my saddleback attaché case or my wallet. Instead I’ve always gotten great results with a multi surface...

    What's this black stuff?

Try a cotton swab with some nail polish remover on one of the spots, see if that does it. Don’t scrub, just let it sit for a 15-30 secs and wipe it off. Also, Stoner Tarminator has worked for everything I’ve ever tried it on, that stuff is amazing. It’s particularly good for getting exhaust...

Anyone in Tampa do PPF removal?

Stripping existing waxes/sealants before Ceramic Coating

I know I’ll probably be pilloried for this but I’ve had good luck going much more simple in the process: Wash the car Polish with essence Put on the CquartzUK After 24hrs, any spray ceramic sealant like elixir or blackfire SIO2…..

Wheel brush to clean gloss black wheels

It’s not the regenerative braking, it’s the composition of the disc brake pad. The more performance brake option that you add to the car, the dustier and dirtier it is. For example the standard brakes on a C7 Corvette are pretty clean, the wheel doesn’t need to be cleaned more than once a month...

    Tire Dressing

This stuff is great, I have 800 miles on my month old application, it’s gone through two huge rain storms, and it still looks deep, rich and just a hint of gloss, it’s my go to dressing now…

Wheel brush to clean gloss black wheels

The Immortal Brock Yates had the greatest line when he was editor of motor trend for the requirements for a good wheel: “The best designed wheel will show as much brake disc and caliper as possible, and be able to be cleaned with one swipe of a wash mitt…” I couldn’t agree more…The wheel...
