My FIRST bad interaction with customer

Of course you're free to go about it how ever you want, but that's not business savvy in any way. How often do you think you should clay a car? If you think you have such a huge market available to you that it's ok to only see customers once or twice a year, with them paying someone else to...

    Painted on Pinstripe Removal ???

You could give it a shot with some plastic razor blades. If you want to wet sand it, you could try masking around the lines with some painter's tape to knock down most of it that way. I think you could even get away with dry sanding it that way if you are really careful and then removing the...

The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

My buddy mirror polished a DeLorean once. It looked pretty good, mostly because you know it's just polished and not some wrap. The only part that kind of looked bad is the plastic bumper couldn't be mirror polished.

    Dressing won't stick to tires.

Have you tried any citrus based cleaners? I forgot the actual name of the chemical but it's something like D-limonene that is found in those products.

Trouble with 2016 Mustang (Black) paint.

Most of my pads are the hexalogic pads and the Orange pad is actually the light cutting pad. The yellow is the heavy cutting pad. Are you priming the pads with product? Letting the pad run on the paint with dry sections could cause some marring.

    What are these yellow droplets

Hahaha! I was seriously thinking the same thing as I was googling and reading about insect excrement.

How the hell do I Vac the carpet?

I think this is your best bet. The rubber can actually grab the pieces by friction. You can scrub all you want with motorized heads but the bristles won't grab, they'll just agitate. The basic principle is that you need something to grab the debris with a better grip than the carpet has, which...

    What are these yellow droplets

I've been reading some more and it seems like bees are a big cause too, so I think you're right in that it could be any bug doo doo.

    What are these yellow droplets

Just found this video after doing some searching. The doo doo definitely looks yellow and the amount looks similar to what I would expect to make the drops.

    What are these yellow droplets

I think they might be from Dragon Flies. I just noticed the same thing about a week ago. It got on there while my sealant was curing. I noticed two drops of it. There weren't any trees within 200 yards and it wasn't noticeably windy. But I have noticed Dragon Flies hanging around. The drops I've...

Storing M21 sealant in clear container

Jetseal comes in a clear bottle. I could be wrong, but I think clear plastic is a different material than most colored opaque plastic and could just be a material choice for manufacturing reasons. Just from my experience, clear plastic bottles seem to be stiffer than any colored bottles. I've...

    Dressing won't stick to tires.

From experience with new motorcycle tires, it's always been said that new tires have some type of coating on them, and usually feels a little greasy. Whether it's just residue from the molding process like a release agent or something coated afterwards, I'm not sure. I know that a protective...

2010 Toyota Tundra. Single stage white...

This makes sense to me now. Back when I was first starting detailing, I had a white Camry and white Tacoma in the same week that had heavily oxidized roofs. I didn't know much about paint but called my buddy both times telling him it looks like the clear coat is gone and it wouldn't polish good.

Removing Gum from microfiber cloth seats

It needs to be that specific Goo Gone. They have different products, and I think the original Goo Gone wouldn't be good to put on cloth. I have the Automotive Goo Gone that is citrus based which is probably the one you are talking about, and is the one to use. I think it's just pretty important...

Did i wipe/buff off wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant 3.0 too soon?

I would say the best indication of too soon is if you see it streaking when you wipe it off. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with applying another coat after 12 hours. No need to try removing what you already put on.

Have a question about the Deep Gloss Paint Sealant V3.0 & Grit Guard pad washer

We used to do the same with sealant application pads. Ideally, everything is clean on the car before you apply a sealant, so it shouldn't get all that dirty. My buddy had us putting it in a zip lock for product conservation, so it's primed and ready to go when we used it the next time.

    Interior Dressings

I don't spray anything for the interior either. Like you said, it wastes product and i don't want to get it on the windows and have to waste time cleaning it off. It just seems you have to really be on top of that product to keep it from streaking, and no matter how careful you are, there will...

    Interior Dressings

How do you buff it off the underside of window switches, steering wheel controls and their boots, and inbetween radio control buttons? Then there are the words "residue" and "streaking" that i don't want to bother dealing with AT ALL.

How to approach businesses for waterless washes

Haha, I'm sure nobody was going to pay postage to send them back to Norway. I actually got one can because the company threw in a free can because i bought 10, and it shipped separately and somehow made it through customs. So i paid $40 for one can of dip haha.

    Interior Dressings

That sounds like the least user-friendly product I've ever heard of for an interior dressing haha.
