That's not a universally applicable statement. I know of plenty of tunnel and self serve washes that use 100% fresh water. At least in Michigan.

I had the Nanoskin clay blocks, mild and aggressive. I couldn't tell a difference. They both scratched up the paint really thoroughly. I use the Meguiar's clays, mostly the fine C-2000. The aggressive will mar the paint. The fine doesn't seem to impart damage on it's own.

The Optimum wheel cleaner, and waterless wash. I just ordered the new versions of Car Wax, Opti-Seal, and Hyper Seal. Carpro Dquartz Go, and the glass coating. The new Megs coatings. We just ordered M200 where I work. That's about it though.

My favorite polish removal towels are The Rag Company 365. They're a dual density towel. One side is more stout, and the other ever so slightly "less stout", but not "plush". More importantly, they're 70/30 blend, which is very gentle on the paint. I've yet to encounter an issue using them.

That Dquartz Go, and the new Megs coatings will be in my next order. I'm actually interested in trying them.

Same here man!! I still use it as often as I can. I've been going back and forth between that 3D ONE, and Optimum Hyper Polish.
