    Reccomend a polish

I like learning "systems", and the Rupes DA Fine is a really nice polish. It can get a little aggressive when needed and still leave a great finish. My personal choices are 3D ONE, AAT502, ACA520, or Optimum Hyper Polish

Inspirational/Educational YouTube videos (by REAL professional detailers)

It's that final rinse where the water spots appear and bite the daylights out of my sanity. This is why I don't own any car soap.

Downey Rinse & Refresh with Microfiber?

I was using 3D Towel Kleen before buying the Rags To Riches. Honestly they're both great products.

    I'm DUMBFOUNDED! A FLEX 3401 vs. Rupes LH19 Rotary.

Nah, M105 is up there in cut. Works really fast too. The problem most have - and myself is the dust. I tend to tune my pad reloads, cycle times, etc to get as little dusting from M105 as possible and I still get a bit. Not a big deal but it's significantly more than what I get with 3D. I...

    Flu Shot?

I don't know. I always liked the "nerdy" types.

    Nope.

polish pads and compounds for my old jeep?

The first time I broke out the M105 I was doing my old neighbor's car in his driveway. I was in the mid afternoon summer sun, Flex 3401, and green Hex pad. It barely had any time to cut. It was incredibly dusty and puzzling to work with. Then the "gurus" were recommending weird "priming"...

Is my DA polisher defective or did I just mess up?

Seems to be normal for a random orbital polisher. If the edge of a baking plate hut something, it could really mess something up in short order.

What supplies can be left in the garage in winter?

I bring most inside but I haven't seen the garage get below 40° even in the coldest temps. I have to do this because for some reason the gf likes to leave the garage door open in the winter and I don't want my stuff to freeze. In the summer sheleaves the door closed but parks in the driveway...

    Least aggressive clay towel/non-bar?

The great times I've used the Optimum Clay Towel it seemed very effective and very gentle - moreso than any other synthetic clay medium. My favorite is still the Meguiar's clay bars, from the grey consumer version to the aggressive professional version.

polish pads and compounds for my old jeep?

I still really love those Meg's offerings. M110 is a real winner in my book.

polish pads and compounds for my old jeep?

I hadn't used the D166 in a while. It works great but the scent is really off putting for me. We cut with D300 on LC HDO MF pads, and finished with orange HDO a.d D166. The only Meguiar's AIO I have is M06 Cleaner Wax. It's closer to M66 than the A12 maroon bottle version. Fall of 2019 I...

    Sorry, we're closed

A good friend of mine, his son was 18 when he joined the Coast Guard. He had saved up for his car and bought it cash when he was 16. He then saved over $10,000.00. He's a straight arrow. Policies over vaccinations saw him return home to Huntington Beach where he awaits his next endeavor. The...

    ADAM’S IRON REMOVER

So far, it's the "best smelling" iron remover I've used. Didn't seem as strong as the CarPro or Xpel. If it works for ya, use it!

    Sorry, we're closed

We have two 20 somethings at work and they spend a lot of time on their phones and locked in the bathroom hiding, so they can be with their phones in private. It's really annoying. They're trying though. One of them does ppf installs, and this Friday is his last day, unfortunately. The other is...
