Someone school me on Griot's BOSS system / creams

Yeah he nailed it lol. Use your pads to dial in what you’re looking for, this is why test hits are so so important. Start with your least abrasive pad and go from there. I wouldn’t try to use PC on it’s own, it doesn’t have enough abrasive to be worth the time if you’re going after any...

    Griots Garage ceramic glass cleaner

It’s a simple to use cleaner with some protection in it, smells amazing and really is streak free. I wouldn’t put it over CarPro Forte, but it works well enough.

    NEW 3” G13!!!

I’ve got an Audi A7 in the garage this weekend, and the G13 ATE the bumpers up with no problems. Zero stall and corrected as intended, grab this polisher.

    NEW 3” G13!!!

The GR3 has a 1”, and something tells me we’ll see a nanopolisher from Griots in the next year.

    NEW 3” G13!!!

Not a lot of trails, but if you’re using a rotary you have to know that you’re going to need to chase it with a DA in most cases.

    NEW 3” G13!!!

Holy cow the G13 is exactly what I needed, it’s everything I hoped the G8 would have been. I did a quick correction on a large SUV yesterday and broke it out for it maiden voyage. No stalling on the curves and ran just as smooth as you’d expect any Griots machine to run.

    NEW 3” G13!!!

Yes I do own the GR3, and it’s a monster! And then you can follow up with the G8 to clean any buffer trails it might have left. I’m hoping the G13 can bridge that gap, so on a car that doesn’t quite need a rotary I can use the G13 and be gtg.

    NEW 3” G13!!!

I’d love to know if a true nano polisher is in the pipeline.

    NEW 3” G13!!!

NEW Griots Garage G13!!! I am SO glad I waited for this polisher, almost pulled the trigger on a Rupes 3” as my G8 just doesn’t cut it for what I need it do to. I had messaged GG asking if a new 3” was coming and they said they couldn’t exactly say but that the SEMA release would be worth the...

Looking for updated swirl removal products

Get you a bottle of FCC!! That stuff is the bee’s knees! Cuts so quick, wipes off like a polish and the smell is fantastic. Also it will finish down almost as good as the Correcting Cream.

G15 or G21 on large SUV?

I wouldn’t look at it from the saving time area for personal vehicles. I only want the bigger pad as I do customer cars and on trucks and things like that I can one step quicker with the 6”. The 5” will be perfect for you and you can fix swirls and such better with a 5” over a 6”, if you’re...

G15 or G21 on large SUV?

I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on a new G21, I’ve got the Gen 1 G21 and Gen 2 G15. IMO the G15 will be better all around for you with your current and future stable of cars. Only reason I’m getting the newer G21 is to speed up customer cars with big sections, and the interchangeable cords...

    NOT your normal R32

Buddy just got back from Japan and brought home a little souvenir. The car had been repainted 2 years ago to factory color so paint wasn’t in terrible condition. Used the Rupes Yellow wool polishing pad paired with Griots FCC, SOLID results. Finished off with 2 coats UK and 1 coat Gliss. GTR by...

Quick test hit on my new car

So my new to me 2020 Subaru Legacy had a tough first part of life. 15k miles of what I’m guessing were weekly tunnel washes. Not to mention what I assumed were a million rock chips on the entire driverside of the vehicle. I had a little time to kill before work and wanted to start addressing the...

    Claying question and iron remover

Best practice is Iron remover first, then a tar remover on the lower sections rinse and then clay entire vehicle. Thats if you want that perfect prep for the surface, just remember this will pull any sealant or wax off the vehicle.
