Exterior Trim Coating/Dressing Applicators For Tight Areas ????

Foam cosmetic wedges work well for applying coatings and dressings into tight tricky areas. These are readily available at any Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart, or any other retailer that sells cosmetics. They are cheap and disposable. Just do an internet search for “cosmetic wedges” and you’ll see...

    Rinseless Washes - 2022

Not to derail this thread, but do you feel that iron removers are unnecessary and dare I say “snake oil?”

Interesting, I’ve never heard of “Car Candy” before. Don’t care for their name or logo personally. Good luck to Meghan though…

    vinyl tonneau cover protection

Gtechniq HALO Flexible Film Coating Could give this coating a try on your vinyl tonneau cover. I just bought some for my vinyl wrapped car but have not installed it yet, so I can’t share any personal experience. Reviews are very good though.

    Protecting my new vinyl wrap

You can actually do a light polish on the vinyl which is how I was planning to remove whatever I put on it as temporary protection. That or use something like a CarPro Gloss Pad (super soft) and a mild cleaner like Polish Angel Escalate Lotion. Will have to do more research on what chemicals...

    ceramic metal oxide coating

I don’t know about a “cult following” Mike [emoji1787], but I think he has earned a lot of respect due to his knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He is a good example of how a pro should run his shop IMHO.

    ceramic metal oxide coating

I have used Artdeshine’s Ceramic Metal Oxide on several vehicles now and it is excellent. Brian worked with Artdeshine to tweak the formula for improved water spotting performance. Acid rain and very hard water seem to be a problem in your area. It is not where I live here in Wisconsin...

    Protecting my new vinyl wrap

Just picked up my newly wrapped (now one of a kind) Lincoln yesterday and need to get some protection on the vinyl for a trip to Detroit next week for the 100th anniversary of Lincoln. I’ve ordered Gtechniq’s Halo coating, but won’t have it in time. I want to stick with an easy ceramic type...

I'm about done with ceramic coatings, not worth it , need suggestions

That is your opinion, it is not a fact. Not trying to pick a fight with you but just wanted to point that out. My experience with some of the coatings I have tried is not the same as yours.

I'm about done with ceramic coatings, not worth it , need suggestions

I think your location has a lot to do with this issue. I can’t offer any specific advice, other than to make an observation that your geography and weather in your part of the world seems to make a big difference. I don’t experience any water spotting issues in my area. Have you experimented...

    2012 Land Rover Range Rover

Turned a trashed soccer Mom’s luxury SUV back into a proper Supercharged Exotic. Lots of french fries, candy wrappers and glitter in all the cracks and crevices in the interior of this one! Uro fiber pads, 3D One, Flex 3401 used for 1-step paint enhancement with a small amount of hand wet...
