Ive actually seen this before with the 3m perfect it compound. Hit it with a finish pad and finish polish ,i think it might come out. Cant tell for sure because i cant enlarge photo but give it a try and repot back with new pics please.

Just do one panel til you get desired results before moving on. It eliminates the risk of doing the whole car and thinking your done then pulling it out into the sun and relizing its not good enough and having to do it all over again.

Should be fine with more passes.

I ONR the dust off after i do each section so i can do IPA wipe down. Then rewash car when your all done.

Yep oils left behind by polishing will actually fill defects and make you think you got desired results when in fact all you did was fill.The filling in not the intention of the polishes but the lubrication oils. The IPA wipe down will insure whet you see after the polishing process actually is...

What budman said. Those lines you see going in different directions are deeper RIDS and will be tuff for pc to take out unless using 5.5 or 4 inch pad.
