Is there something seriously wrong with a paper towel though? The poop was still wet, there was morning dew on the car, and I had just waxed it. I couldn't fathom any major damage occurring via paper towel. Worst case, I damage the protective wax, right? Isn't that what it's there for?

Probably, somewhere. It doesn't feel like it has enough suction though in general to lift much regardless of the attachment. Yes I did clean the filters. Hah. I do understand horsepower to a certain extent. It's like wattage. Wattage indicates how much power something uses, not how much power...

I'm wondering what kind of horsepower your Wet/Dry Vacs have and whether you're able to suck out carpet cleaners in a manner similar to carpet steamers with it. I don't seem to have much luck with my little 2hp job. Was thinking about 5. Will that do?

I'm not sure what's left but it seems some of it is indeed rust. I tried the wet/dry vac method but it doesn't seem to have enough suction to be effective. It's only a 2HP model.

I seem to have hit a wall. I managed to remove the worst of it but I seem to be making no progress on the overall stain...if that makes sense. Does anyone have suggestions? Do I need to simply keep at it like weight loss?

What kind of power do you guys' shop vacs have? I'm curious as to what everyone is using for best effect (with the assumption that at some point more power doesn't actually help with respect to sucking out the cleaning agent).

I don't have a brush specifically for interiors, but I've been agitating with moderately firm bristles. It's working well.

Thanks guys. It is indeed good stuff. I did use the wet vac on the floor mats. They were embedded with grease and dirt but not this tub ring. I actually hit those with the hose to rinse too. They're not "finished" but there's a huge difference on those too. I've been going nuts with the Folex...

Progress so far with Folex. Repeated application should get the majority, if not all, of it out. Thanks for the Folex recommendation!
