Palm sander (without paper) or a DA with carpet brush might help.

I have the DP version of Mckees and love it. It makes drying quick and easy. It does wonders on wheels, tires, and mirrors.

I washed my 2016 Mustang GT the other day and noticed my first chip on the hood. I was heart broken. The problem is going to be matching the paint. Its Ruby Red which is Base/Pearl Clear/Tinted Clear.

The hood and fenders on my 16 Mustang are aluminum.
