ONR safe to use after not washing car for a month?

I'm currently in a no car wash apt so I go to the spray wand wash; set it to "rinse" only; spray the whole car with clear H2O; use UWW+; dry. Gives me more confidence that I'm not going to induce swirls when I knock off the heavy dust.

    Tire cleaner thoughts....

I use P21S Gel on my tires often. One brush for wheels and another for the tires. Works well, but my tires are never too bad.

Those of you with back issues ... how do you manage?

Lower panels; wheel wells; wheels; and tires I use a mechanics seat on rollers. It's got a shelf for tools, and product so no getting-up.

Machine washing your detailing paraphernalia with your clothes...?

Exactly the reason that I wash separately too. In fact the mf's that have to absorb like Guzzlers and Glass WW sometimes get put through another wash even if just a few towels.

    Whoops, meant DG 501.

Any way to restore oxidized weatherstripping?

Done it many times with KAIO, or DG 601. Well worth the new shiney look vs the old black matt oxidation. Just know that you are going to ruin a buffer pad (actually I just hang on to the black stained pad for future trim use).

    Advertising Tips?

Absolutely agree. They'll either line up, or you'll be beating the bushes forever. Offer those in charge of businesses; buildings; golf clubs a reduced detail to show your work. hairdresser shops medical buildings

Removing compound from cracks and crevices.

My first try is always with the corner of a mf, or I'll fold in a sharp crease. If that doesn't work I've got a beveled tip on a wooden dowel that I use with an mf.

    MF for rinseless drying phase

I use all purpose small (16X16). I just keep wringing them out. If they look a little soiled I take them inside for a rinse in the sink; wring them out again; back in play. Whatever is in the rinseless takes out dirt under a clear rinse. They usually look like they have just been washed.

Cobra waffle weave drying towel ??

:iagree: BobbyG hit the nail on the head. After a little age they dry like no other. I did my own little challenge to see how much I could dry with my smallest Guzzler without wringing. I did my Expy and wifes car (granted middle of summer).

Diesel fuel to clean the paint

Exactly what I was about to post. Those kerosened cars would look great for about a day; then the dust came. Boy could it cover some heavy oxidation. I might have bought one. Can't remember. My Army buddy bought a twelve year old Ford for $150. Burned about five quarts of oil a week. Another...

How are you guys marketing ONR wash or waterless wash?

I haven't done it, but if I were to market "waterless wash" I'd include the following: Safe for paint due to latest technology. No mess in any location even with other cars nearby.

need help picking out a new soap

I just switched from DG 901 back to PB SS&S. Both top notch for lube, and cleaning. Just depends on which smell is best at the time.
