    thank you It gets to be almost easy...My longest run has been 30 miles so far as I am training for a full marathon next year...Its alot of work at first but pays off nicely in the end... I no longer have sleep apnea and can pretty much do whatever I want...Plus clothes are cheaper and easier...

    You call and talk to AG and tell them your certificate number and they make it happen. I think you have to send them a picture of the empty pot. I have yet to see the bottom of mine
