Skip the System One stuff. It was sold here on AG for a short period, but it just wasn't the be all end all that it was claiming. If you're already looking at Pinnacle, why not check out the Menzerna line, or the Wolfgang Duo ( which is a partnership with Menzerna BTW).

Amazing Roll Off seems to be the consensus for removing old tire dressings. I've used Adams Undercarriage Spray to dress my wheel wells after I'm done, but AG doesn't carry it. They do however carry Griots Garage offering, and from what I've heard it's really good. And I'd like to try it out...

My first thought is you could be striping it with your car wash soap. What are you using, and at what mixture. Some soaps are known to strip LSP at higher dilutions.
