A hand pump will produce different results than a foam gun. Nick did a review of avalanche with the foam gun and IMO it wasn't worth using it after seeing those pics. The results were predictable based on the consistency of avalanche

Don't waste avalanche in the foam gun. It won't be worth it IMO it really needs a pressure washer. As for the recommendation of adding honeydew, don't do that I tried. The result comes out as if you were using a really good foam gun.

I wasn't trying to say good gains won't come out of it, just to not expect n54 gains. maybe a little below or right at m5/m6 gains? who knows we'll find out when they hit the market. also i'm curious as to how a company can have a development tune for an engine that hasn't even hit the market...

i didn't say it was impossible to tune an n55, just that bmw learned from the n54 to not make it so accessible. the possibilities for the n54 are limitless, but the n55 is restricted. time will tell all
