Attach Foam Cannon to DIY Coin Car Wash?

I doubt the tips are removable at a coin wash. Because think about it, if you remove the tip and forget to put it back on, what do the rest of the customers do that day? I know at my local coin wash, you're not even allowed to have a bucket.

Foam gun users...want a bunch of clay lube?

If you use your gun everyday, I doubt it ever needs to be cleaned. We've never cleaned ours, it works fine. If it fails and I can't fix it, I have a backup that I'll put in use. A foam gun is a consumable IMO, like a pressure washer or a vacuum. It would be nice if it would last forever, but...

    Make up removal

Steam. That's the only thing I've found that gets makeup and, even worse, sunscreen off without changing the appearance of the panel. Not that every other solution will change the appearance of the panel, but I don't take the chance.

    Vacuum Hose Question

Anybody that is using math to answer this question, let me save you some time. For the first year, I ran those $200 Shop Vacs permanently mounted in the trailer with a 50' length of pool vac hose. No problem at all. The problem is, under our workload, those vacs are only good for a few months...

Dirty car waxed - please help

Wash it with whatever to get it clean first and then go to Autozone and get a bottle of Rustoleum Tar & Wax remover. This is essentially what panel prep is. Spray the car down one panel at a time with the panel prep and wipe it off really good with a clean, soft microfiber towel like an Eagle...

    Nanoskin autoscrub handy WOW!

You think that's good, don't ever try to polisher mounted one because you'll never go back. Just kidding. We only use it on vehicles that are really, really rough. Like the clay mitt isn't doing anything rough.

Anyone have this wallmount vacuum or recommend one?

The PVC pipe on top of the vac pipe is the filler for our water tank, just in case anybody is wondering. The bottom pipe covered with a bag is for another electric gate to run a second hose. I can't seal it off permanently because there's just enough pipe to glue in the gate, so I just covered...

Anyone have this wallmount vacuum or recommend one?

Still haven't taken out the scaffolding, we have another RV this weekend. LOL This is the vac mounted to the wall of the trailer, you can see it's pretty compact as it's not located near the bottom or top of the trailer. The vac is plumbed with 2" pvc to the provided electric gate. The gate...

Bee Droppings? Difficult to get off.

Here in SoCal, it doesn't matter what you do to the car to protect it, they don't come off easily with any method known to man. Bee poop is called frass is it's basically digested pollen. Fortunately, they don't seem to ever etch the clear. The way we get them off, and we deal with this in...

    MTM PF22 quick connect question

OK, I just checked. I have that same logoed fitting, but mine threads in so that there's only about 1/4" of threads showing. It is also heavily taped although I don't remember if it came that way or I did it. I still suspect that if it won't thread fully and it leaks that there's something...

    MTM PF22 quick connect question

Now I will say, I have the same gun and I believe it came with the fitting because I didn't purchase a separate fitting when I ordered it. Mine has never leaked so I don't know. I'll check it to see which fitting I have.

    MTM PF22 quick connect question

The quality of that fitting looks very suspect, which is probably why it leaks and only threads in four threads deep. I'd replace it and see if that helps.

I will add one other thing which I was concerned about. Everything they do is totally transparent and belongs to you. You set up the AdWords account. You give them admin privileges. If and when you take it over and you're no longer doing business with them, everything they did is in place...
