I would think that since s102 is a form of silicone, that it can go over or under any other silicone product. By the way polymers are also a form of silicone
Ive got one from 1964 , and it still works great. Back in the mid-60s I use to do detailing on the side. Later my uncles hobby was restoring old VW s, and I would use the buffer to buf out new lacquer paint.
I used SIO2 over Duragloss, Turtle Wax Express, and Mothers wax and no problem. Ive also used spray wax over S1O2 no problems . After all S1O2 is a form of silicone.
