Well of course I was kidding. But only a little :xyxthumbs:
You can tell I'm a big poster with only 700 post in 7 years. I do hope a long time member wins though, would be nice.
Yes, this is what you do after you foam inside.

I use SSII on my wife's silver metallic Toyota Highlander. I think it looks great. That color is also great for hiding dirt and with the SSII it seems to shine through it being dirty. Keeps me from having to wash it so often.
I see they have it available in a wash pad too. And available locally. Makes it easy to try out. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll relegate the Adam's pads to the wife's car :bolt:
I'm sure there are a few that have plans on sitting at the computer with 100 browser screens up ready to post to 100 threads at once (with their generic response already typed in). I'll be sure and hide my eyes for that event.
Looking for suggestions on a wash mitt/pad. I typically like a double sided pad more than a mitt but if a particular mitt is better I'll use it.
I have been using an Adam's pad but have concerns that it's rough on my paint. I couldn't use it at all on my Mini or it would leave marring. Any...
Uber Compound - Orange Pad
Finishing Glaze - Red Pad (prob should have used a black or even a white pad but it worked out ok).
I knew I wasn't going to mess it up since granite is hard as a rock lol.
Here is my suggestion. And it's on sale and with today's sale shipping is free.
Buy Mikes book.

I just used the Flex and Wolfgang Uber Compound with a follow up with Wolfgang Finishing Glaze on the granite counter tops in our master bath to remove 15 years of hair spray build up. Came out great.
"See honey, all this stuff is useful" lol
Who is this Larry guy I keep hearing about. Seems he is being heralded as the God of detailing for some reason. Seems if he says something or uses something it suddenly becomes the must have product. I'd rather know what Mike has to say :)
