My customers sign a check. But I do my detail on their premises and do not drive the car. I photograph any scrathces or defects, and go over the car with them. I also won't chase deep defects without tacit permission. If I were in the business, I might approach things differently.

I keep all my harsh chemicals in these sprayers. However, as much as I love AG, I live 300 yards from my local HD and that's where I've been getting them for years. US Plastics sell them for $6.82 but shipping is pricey. In fairness though, they are terrific sprayers though.
