I bought a fender roller tool to do it. After seeing some videos and pictures of people messing up their cars I decided not to take a chance. I ended up doing a ton of cars since I bought it. It ended up paying for itself after a few uses.
I'm anxious to see what they come out with also. Since I'm going to start offering headlight restoration I need something that will hold up and is easy to apply
I can't comment on any issues but I have both bottles and I think the white bottle seems more durable than the clear.
I have APC+ in one of the bottles at 4:1 and it's been fine for over a year so far.
I like that it will match the 3" as far as the rubber pad but I can't see paying more. I like the newest thing but if the guts are the same then I'd be happy with the old unit at the VIP price.
Too bad I don't need it. I already have a PC and a Flex
I'd think you put it on too thick. If you have anything more than a slight haze then it's too thick.
How did you apply? By hand or by machine? How much did you apply to the applicator/pad?
I'd let it go and use this experience to learn and adjust the way you do business. I'd start writing up a work sheet with a list of all work you will be performing and the price. Have them sign acknowledging the agreement.
When doing business it's always a good idea to get everything in...
Meguiars #26 is a great value. I hear Mothers Carnauba wax is a good value also.
I have P21s and S100 and I think they look the same. It's a nice wax. It was the first one I ever purchased and I still think its good after all these years
Not sure how it will hold up without proper prep work. With proper prep it's a great product from what I've seen. I'm only into my testing 1 week so I can't comment yet.
