I use ragg top and absolutely love it. My convertible is not a DD and 80% of the time I do drive it, the top is down. So I don't wash it weekly and as BadgerRivFan stated, it all depends.

I would recommend using the mf over the chamois when drying or perhaps look into a blower to dry the car. This way you avoid any possible marring or scratches from the drying process.

Great question regarding..why does washing make the streaks go away....I don't know the definitive answer but if these streaks are truly high spots, then it could be excess product that hasn't bonded to the car......?

Valid question. When I first started looking into coatings I paid particular attention to the threads show n shine and what did you do detailing related. I was more interested in the different coatings versus comparing a coating to a wax. After a few months I had filtered my coating options...

This doesn't sound right at all. Maybe it's a bad bottle? Smell can be subject but it from the sounds of it, it is way too overwhelming. I've been a huge fan of WG products but have never used WG cockpit.
