    Detailing in an apartment

Hi Pratik - I can't speak to the going rate in TX, but both of these are good options. Certainly going the route of DIY is going to take some start up funds. If you opt to go with the local detailer, you could still delve into the world of detailing by investing into car wash...

    Rupes Mini

Hi Rsurfer - I hear ya :) With my mini I haven't experienced the stall but it may be because I haven't run into some of the angles or curves that you have. That said, on my garage queen, I have a few spots where my 15 Mark II has stalled on vertical panels. These spots are tricky and I have...

    Rinseless and Black Vehicles

I have been doing waterless washes on my black vehicles for years and have just ventured into rinseless. I haven't had any issues with the rinseless but it is a bit more work than a waterless but less than a full two bucket wash.

Really falling for the Blackfire line

I'm glad to see BF getting some well deserved love. When I started detailing, BF was the first line of products that I used. Wet Diamond is an incredible product. I still have several BF products that I use and will always be in my arsenal.

Detailing help for a black car

:iagree: ever since I saw cstsprty's original post, I've wondered if the neighborhood had to post a sign by the house stating "warning - sunglass zone - beware of intense reflection".

Detailing help for a black car

Great kit - I'm a huge fan of Wolfgang products. Not sure if you will need the uber compound. Also, as others already mentioned, you will need more pads. Echo what pdqg says about black light. After checking out what he did, I gave it a shot on my black car and...yeah...it was a definite wow!
