I thought it was odd as well. I've always kept it (and Micro-restore) in our utility room. That temp range is ~65°F to ~80°F.

I had a bottle of Rag's to Riches that I used a couple of times (and liked it), but the darn thing solidified into a gel-like substance. I ended up tossing it and going back to Micro-Restore. Not sure what happened there, but I've been afraid to buy another bottle.
