Gold Class does have cleaners . Just not as strong as Ultimate polish. its a nice touch up if you keep your car in Excellant condition..

I had a simmilar thing happen when I decided to remove my wind deflector. I put it back on since I couldn't remove the etch mark.

Can't really reccomend a brand but I would get a good 300 lumens LEd light with zoom capability. I don't reccomend paying a fortune for a FLEx or Rupes light unless money no object to you.

tape up all rubber and black Plastic. Some folks cover the windows, rims but I just clean the windows when IM done :-) also keep a wet cloth near by so if you do get some polish in an undesirable place, you can wipe it up.

I like to touch up in the summer time. my car about 4yr old now so Im slowing down on the touch up paint.

IT may be possible with a Dual action polisher( Griots, Porter cable, and the cheep no name one at "Freight harbors Tool" I think its about $50 bucks but this is junk) since you were able to get some of it out with Mineral Spirits.. I would use a light to heavy cutting pad with a polishing Compound.

Use The Cheep Wally World towels on Interior dash, and cleaning Headliner. A good Quality Waffle weave towel works great for drying. You can buy one of those fancy Blow dryer to dry you car, but your neighboors may look at you funny.

Here are a few names that come to mind.. Im sure there are more HD polishes, Menzerna, and Meguiars, Griots Boss Polishes, The best polish is the one that you like and find you use alot... :-)

if its factory tinted glass you should be ok with buffing it with a compound. never heard of after market tint being installed on outside of window.

Tire brand makes a huge difference.

I would focus on the polishing steps then seal with your favorate sealant. A glaze in my opinion hides Swirls. Learned this from a New Car buying experience..

Are you using a Dual Action Polisher to do the project??

I would get the Griots Backing pate with holes in it to help keep your pad cool :-)

For Washing I like the Chenille style wash mitt . It seems to hold more Water in my opinion. Using a good quality Waffle weave towels or cobra Towel will be fine Once your vehicle is decontaminiated, You should be able to get at least 5-7 uses out it. I highly reccomend investing in a Gallon...

I like Solution finish. It comes in a tiny bottle but a little goes a long way..
