Megs D151 or Menz 3-1 are my go to for AIO, I have Blackfire and Duragloss and reach for the first 2 about 90% of the time. With the right pad you can destroy most defects with them.

It looks like the other guy polished it out with a floor buffer! Nice work. I can count on like 2 fingers the "cool" cars I have worked on. Otherwise daily drivers for me so no worries!

No, once its coated your work should be done maintaining the exterior. You should only need to wash it until the coating fails.

I think he failed to mention the offer is only any day during the month of January. I keep my interior and exterior towels separate, as I am sure most of us do. I only work on the weekends so I usually end up with enough of each to do a full load following the weekend.

I feel your pain. I passed a line of cars one day and wondered why they were driving so dang slow, it was the paint truck I couldn't see in front of the box truck. Well, they got me, good. All down the passenger side. I tried EVERYTHING, kerosene, mineral spirits, tarminator, someone...

I just have flip top storage bins and an old large kitchen garbage can. Clean towels in the bin, dirty towels in the can, to the basement to be washed......

I find the megs bottles to be super brittle in chilly temps. And that is odd it was not taped as all the bottles I have ever gotten have been taped. SLACKERS :)

The price is based on location. If you're timid at the price, for the $250 you could get yourself a nice polisher, a few pads and bottle of polish and do it yourself, especially if they say no sanding is needed.

I would probably run from someone that wants to wet sand, compound and polish my new car. Unless the last "detailer" totally toasted your paint. Even then, compound would probably fix it.

^^^^ This is what I use, I got the heavy duty one, has a larger platform and rated to over 300lbs, I needed both :( Well the plastic thingie got posted before I wrote mine. I mean the aluminium work platform!
