You won't have bonding issues over Prima Amigo. It is intended as a pre-wax (sealant) step. That is what it does.

Patrick, You should mix in a spray bottle 2 party original spray Hydro with one part Hydro Seal. Mist it on the paint, wipe and be done. You won't have to schedule any time and you will get all the benefit of HS with the ease of a spray.

I see that I am late to the game, but regarding Amigo, in your situation I would use a course pad, like an orange or yellow, and crank up your machine. Use the pad to agitate and Amigo to clean and fill.

mg6045 is spot on. And the use of original Hydro, as you noted, is more of a personal preference. I use water for the same reason you mentioned. Belair-There are situations where you want to use a prewax cleaner, but it isn't a required step as long as you don't wash with an enhanced soap.
